My individual coaching programs are based on the principles of Ayurveda and designed to take you from worn-out and burnt-out (WOBO) to joyous and thriving.  As a client of any of my individual coaching programs, you will…

A 90-Day Intensive Restoration of Your Mental and Nutritional Foundation

Who Should Restore?

The WOBO professional woman who is running on empty and knows that her diet is a major culprit. She is done feeling like crap and is ready to take action so she can get her mojo back. She has decided it’s time to remake her diet, deliberately and wholesomely.

How Does This Work?

During our time together, you will explore the key aspects of a healthy diet – rhythm, quality, setting, individual needs  – as you establish the building blocks of your nutritional foundation and develop lasting habits to fuel your body and mind for the many daily demands of your life.

Getting things done, experiencing life and being active are important to you – striving and achieving is in your DNA. You work hard and in order to perform at your best, day in and day out, some significant changes in how you take care of yourself are necessary. You’re ready to get serious and take control of your health.

What Will You Learn?

Throughout the Restore program, you will be resetting your body and recharging your mind. You will learn:

  • How all forms of nourishment, not just food, are key to your health and well-being
  • About the physiology of stress and how it affects your mind and body
  • Tips and techniques to eliminate unnecessary stress and counter the negative effects of stress on your mind, body, and soul
  • How to listen for the signals your body sends you and what to do to maintain balance
